What You’ll Do:
- As a Restoration Technician, you’ll assist the Crew Lead in delivering top-notch restoration services to our customers. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of our customers by helping restore their properties and peace of mind. Key responsibilities include:
- Assist with content manipulation, water extraction, demolition, and cleaning
- Remove and dispose of non-salvageable materials as directed
- Set up and break down air movers, dehumidifiers, and other equipment
- Follow safety protocols and proper material handling procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and functionality of jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and warehouse
- Support team members and provide clear communication with colleagues
- Provide high-quality service that meets company and customer expectations
- Adapt to changing job needs, emergency calls, and varying work environments
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in physically demanding environments.
- Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools.
- Willingness to respond and work after hours.
- A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication, reliability, and customer service skills.
- A desire to grow and advance within the company.
Compensation:
- Pay Range: $19.00 to $25.00
